Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet in Windsor, WI is seeking a Part-Time Delivery Driver to deliver and unload seafood, beef, poultry, and gourmet products. You will be the primary contact for customers, ensuring high levels of service while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include pre-trip checks, securing loads, obtaining signatures, complying with DOT and HACCP regulations, and supporting fleet maintenance.

Qualifications

• Education – High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience – One to two years of commercial driving experience a plus; temperature-controlled product experience preferred.
• Customer Service – Friendly, outgoing and courteous customer service demeanor.
• Work ethic – Sense of urgency to meet deadlines with limited supervision.
• Licensing - Valid standard Class D WI license or local state equivalent.
• Environmental – Available to work long shifts and Saturdays.
• Language – Basic English speaking proficiency.
• A combination of the above will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and unload company products including seafood, beef, poultry and gourmet items.
• Act as key customer contact and provide high levels of customer service.
• Perform pre-trip responsibilities and vehicle safety inspections.
• Drive to deliver orders, secure vehicle during drops, and verify delivery with customer signatures.
• Load/unload products using dolly; handle payments and documentation.
• Follow DOT and HACCP regulations and report issues to supervision.
• Support Fleet Manager with vehicle maintenance records and schedules.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
