The Arbors at Stoneham is seeking a Wellness Nurse (RN/LPN) to provide resident-centered care in a friendly, family-like environment. This part-time, per diem on-call role emphasizes compassion, accuracy, and teamwork while coordinating with RCAs and the care team.

You will ensure high-quality care, document changes, and support compliance with state and federal guidelines within a supportive, values-driven community.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN or LPN license in the state of employment.

Position Summary

The Wellness Nurse coordinates and supports resident service plans to meet health and wellness needs while promoting a safe, compassionate, and engaging environment. Working closely with the Resident Care Director, you will help lead and support Resident Care Aides (RCAs), ensure compliance, and serve as a trusted clinical resource for residents, families, and the care team.

What You’ll Do
