Position Summary

The Wellness Nurse coordinates and supports resident service plans to meet health and wellness needs while promoting a safe, compassionate, and engaging environment. Working closely with the Resident Care Director, you will help lead and support Resident Care Aides (RCAs), ensure compliance, and serve as a trusted clinical resource for residents, families, and the care team.

What You’ll Do
Resident-Centered Care
