The Arbors at Stoneham seeks a Wellness Nurse (RN/LPN) for a part-time, per diem on-call rotation in Stoneham, MA. The role centers on resident-centered care, coordinating health plans with RCAs, and delivering compassionate, precise nursing in a premier assisted living community.

You will coordinate care plans, document accurately, and serve as a clinical resource for residents, families, and the care team while upholding integrity, dignity, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN or LPN license in the state of employment.

Position Summary

The Wellness Nurse coordinates and supports resident service plans to meet health and wellness needs while promoting a safe, compassionate, and engaging environment. Working closely with the Resident Care Director, you will help lead and support Resident Care Aides (RCAs), ensure compliance, and serve as a trusted clinical resource for residents, families, and the care team.

What You’ll Do
