• Support payroll preparation by reviewing timesheets and deadlines.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as requested.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee records and sensitive information.
• Assist with special HR and payroll projects as assigned.
• General office duties such as filing, scanning, data entry.
