Job summary

Responsibilities include delivering recovery coaching, documenting progress, and coordinating referrals. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and CCAR/state peer recovery coach certification; experience with SUD/mental health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document interactions and progress in the electronic health record.
• Conduct intakes and refer individuals to appropriate access points.
