The role emphasizes recovery-based services, trauma-informed care, and a collaborative approach with care management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Significant progress toward Peer Certification Program within 12 months.
• CPRP credential is a plus; valid driver license required or eligible in NY.

Responsibilities

• Serve as active member of the treatment team and participate in meetings.
• Assist peers in developing recovery plans.
• Provide psychoeducation and referrals to essential services.
• Share recovery experiences to support others and teach coping strategies.
• Provide case management and resource coordination as needed.
