Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a Goodyear, AZ school setting. The contract runs ASAP through the end of the school year, with a manageable caseload of 15-20 students and a flexible schedule.

The role requires a Master’s in SLP, an active AZ license or reciprocity, and ASHA CCC or CFY eligibility. Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills are essential to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active SLP license (Arizona or eligible for reciprocity).
• ASHA CCC or CFY eligibility.
• Experience delivering pediatric speech-language services in school settings preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement IEPs and therapy goals for each student.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy tailored to each child’s needs.
• Engage and educate families and teachers on strategies to support progress.
• Maintain detailed documentation and case notes per school/state guidelines.
• Participate in meetings with multidisciplinary teams and IEP reviews.
