Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join a part-time contract for the 2026-2027 school year in a vibrant elementary program near Plymouth, MI. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state license (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or CFY candidates welcome.
• Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, teachers, and families.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in elementary students.
• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students' educational goals.
• Provide consultation and education to staff and families on speech and language development.
