Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a dynamic, school-based setting near Trenton, MI. This part-time, contract opportunity runs ASAP through the end of the school year and involves providing essential speech therapy services three days per week in ASD programs (K-2 and 6-8) and students with speech impairments.

Qualified candidates will hold a Michigan SLP license; CFY candidates are welcomed, though CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Michigan SLP license required.
• CFY candidates welcomed, though CCC-SLP is preferred.
• Experience or interest in working with students on the autism spectrum is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language therapy to approximately 30 students across two ASD programs (K-2 and 6-8) and elementary students with speech impairments.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support each child's communication goals.
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress.
• Document sessions and maintain compliance with school and state requirements.
