Carolina Pediatric Therapy in Asheville, NC is seeking a part-time Clinic-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our afterschool program. You will evaluate and treat pediatric clients, develop meaningful goals, and partner with families to support communication beyond the therapy room.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
North Carolina SLP license or eligibility must be current.
ASHA certification or eligibility.
Pediatric experience preferred; bilingual is a plus; feeding or AAC experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with a variety of communication needs.
Provide individualized, evidence-informed speech and language therapy in our Asheville clinic.
Develop functional, meaningful treatment goals that reflect each child's needs and family priorities.
Partner with parents and caregivers to support communication beyond the therapy room.
Collaborate with other disciplines to provide coordinated, whole-child care.
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
Celebrate progress and help children build confidence in their communication skills.
