Job summary

Riverside Care of Florida, LLC is seeking a dependable Part-Time Registered Nurse to join our ID/DD group home in Florida. The RN will provide nursing care to pediatric and young adult residents, oversee care coordination, and work as part of a team with CNA/HHA/DSP support.

The role offers consistent 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) with at least one shift per week, rotating weekends, and opportunities to pick up additional hours. Florida RN license and CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Florida RN license.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to work independently with sound nursing judgment.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience with pediatric/young adult residents preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per orders and plans of care.
• Complete nursing documentation accurately and timely.
• Monitor residents and report changes to the team.
• Coordinate care and participate in care-plan meetings.
• Delegate tasks to CNA/HHA/DSP staff.
• Maintain a safe, clean, resident-centered environment.
• Follow policies, orders, and regulatory requirements.
