Job summary

Riverside Care of Florida, LLC is hiring pediatric RNs and LPNs for private duty/home health across Hillsborough, Manatee, and Polk Counties. You will provide skilled, one-on-one nursing care to medically complex children in the home setting, with autonomy and a patient-centered approach.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of pediatric nursing experience, strong clinical judgment, excellent documentation, and a compassionate demeanor to support families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN or LPN license.
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience (pediatric or skilled care preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a home setting.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Calm, patient, and thorough approach to care.
• Compassion and ability to build trust with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous, skilled nursing care in the home environment.
• Manage and monitor complex pediatric conditions with attention to detail.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
• Perform ongoing assessments and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and patient response.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care.
• Support families by reinforcing care plans and providing education.
