Job summary

Central Florida Care Group Inc is seeking a registered nurse for a Medically Complex Group Home in Poinciana, FL. This night-shift role involves hands-on care for residents in a home-like setting.

The position offers Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN options with 12-hour shifts. You will perform assessments, administer medications, provide ventilator care, document care, and coordinate with physicians and the care team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license is required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• Ventilator/tracheostomy experience is a strong plus.
• Pediatric, ICU, or PCU background preferred.
• Experience with developmentally disabled patients welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Daily patient assessments and ongoing monitoring.
• Medication administration (oral, enteral, inhaled).
• Ventilator care and tracheostomy suctioning.
• Tube feedings and chronic disease management.
• Accurate documentation and timely status reporting.
• Coordinate and accompany residents to medical appointments.
• Collaborate with other RNs, MDs, and the broader care team.
