Family Services operates a Day Treatment Program for Children and Adolescents in Northeast Wisconsin and seeks a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team. The RN will implement health/medical activities aligned with DHS 40 regulations and program needs within the Day Treatment setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience with youth or related mental health experience is required.
• Current Wisconsin RN licensure; CPR and BLS instructor certification/license required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate medical services and monitor clients' health and medications.
• Complete regular health assessments including vital signs and monitoring for side effects.
• Provide client education and training for staff on medical and medication issues.
• Supervise on-site medication distribution and review documentation.
• Attend treatment meetings and contribute medically relevant information.
• Conduct Universal Precaution and EpiPen training as needed.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional boundaries.
