Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Eligible for SC Physical Therapy licensure.
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric PT.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations for pediatric patients.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Provide direct, evidence-based therapy services.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate caregivers and provide home exercise programs.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and mobility supports when appropriate.
• Document accurately and timely per policies and payer requirements.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and professional standards.
• Collaborate with other therapists and staff.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and care coordination.
