Our team works closely together to give each child consistent, individualized care. We value collaboration, open communication, and building strong relationships with the families we serve.

About the role

The Pediatric Physical Therapist is a part‑time, hourly position responsible for providing evaluation and treatment services for children from birth through age 18. This role focuses on improving functional mobility, strength, coordination, and independence through individualized, evidence‑based care.

Therapists at The Therapy Place work with a wide range of pediatric diagnoses, including gross motor delays, neuromuscular and developmental disorders, orthopedic conditions, and mobility limitations. You will develop plans of care, provide hands‑on treatment, and collaborate with families to support progress across home, school, and community environments.

This position offers flexible, reduced hours and is ideal for clinicians seeking a part‑time schedule, whether balancing family commitments, pursuing additional work, or transitioning workloads. Scheduling is designed to align with therapist availability and clinic needs, allowing for a consistent but adaptable caseload.

You’ll work within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary team that includes occupational therapists, speech‑language pathologists, educators, and support staff. Therapists have the opportunity to collaborate across disciplines, including within the Bridges School program, while maintaining a manageable schedule and strong work‑life balance.
