Job summary

Excentia is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to collaborate with families and an Early Intervention team, ensuring IFSP outcomes are met. You will document for Lancaster EI and ECS, maintain billing data, and stay current with evidence-based practices.

The role requires PA licensure and adherence to EI rules; you will assess, provide direct intervention, and help develop IFSPs while coordinating with caregivers in community settings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with families and EI team to address IFSP outcomes.
• Provide required documentation for EI and quality tools.
• Maintain ECS documentation for billing and data collection.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.
• Assess and evaluate enrolled children per IFSP guidelines.
• Manage schedule, caseload, and related paperwork efficiently.
• Consult with parents per IFSP in community settings.
• Deliver direct intervention supports as per IFSP.
• Participate in IFSP development with parents and team.
• Maintain timely progress notes and reports per policy.
