Job summary

Pediatric Partners, a part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapist to provide individualized care primarily to children and young adults ages 0–21, including those with developmental, medically complex, sensory, and functional needs. You’ll partner with our ABA team and other clinicians to support independence, daily living skills, and participation in meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Minnesota OT license or eligibility for licensure before providing services.
• Ability to work across service settings and travel among Twin Cities locations.
• Interest in sensory processing, motor, developmental, and daily living needs.
• Willingness to complete Safety-Care or similar training.
• Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates with a strong interest encouraged to apply.
• Collaborative approach and a passion for working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate functional abilities, including fine motor and visual motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, play, and participation in daily routines.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide services across assigned settings, which may include ABA centers, outpatient clinics, daycares, schools, and CS Adult Services.
• Use therapeutic activities, environmental modifications, and adaptive strategies to support independence and everyday participation.
• Assess the need for adaptive equipment and educate individuals, families, and caregivers on its use.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, BCBAs, and other clinicians to promote progress and carryover across settings.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to address individual goals.
• Manage your caseload and schedule, including travel among assigned service locations.
• Meet established billable-hour expectations outlined in the productivity matrix while maintaining quality care.
• Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation and billing.
