Job summary

PediaTrust, LLC is seeking a part-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide services to our medically fragile children, ages birth to 21, at our in-person pediatric day health center in Louisiana.

You will perform assessments, design development-focused therapy plans, and adapt therapies to each child. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and offers flexible scheduling (approximately 12 hours per week across two days).

Qualifications

• 2 years pediatric or special needs experience.
• Occupational Therapy license is required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments/evaluations to identify developmental skills to target.
• Develop and adjust therapy plans based on individual needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support each child.
