Job summary

Atlanta Autism Center (AAC) in Georgia is seeking a Part Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our 100% center-based interdisciplinary team. You will collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, and other pediatric professionals to provide meaningful, play-based therapy for children ages 2–8.

The role offers a negotiable AM/PM schedule with no evenings or weekends and a billable rate of $75/hour. We provide paid onboarding, structured training, and access to live and on-demand CEUs, along with a

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate from an accredited OT program.
• Current Georgia OT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Current NBCOT certification.
• Experience with children ages 2–8 in pediatric settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based OT evaluations, assessments and interventions.
• Conduct pediatric evaluations, including daily living skills.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and family input.
• Provide play-based therapy to support development and independence.
• Maintain clinical documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to support progress.
• Coordinate care with BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, PTs and other professionals.
• Educate families on home programs and strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
• Use data and clinical judgment to monitor progress.
