We are currently seeking a dedicated Operational Therapist to join our team. This center‑based role offers a structured yet flexible schedule, allowing you to focus on quality clinical care, mentorship, and professional growth while maintaining a work‑life balance. The OT will provide high‑quality, client‑centered, and evidence‑based occupational therapy services. This role involves conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and collaborating closely with families and professionals from other disciplines. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children across a variety of developmental levels and disorders, and a passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of young clients and their families.

Dedicated operations, intake, and billing/authorization teams handle all non‑clinical tasks—allowing SLPs to focus solely on evaluations, treatment, and family collaboration.
