Job summary

Atlanta Autism Center Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a 100% center-based, multidisciplinary team in Georgia. The role offers an hourly rate of $75 with a flexible AM/PM schedule and no evenings or weekends.

You will evaluate, plan, and implement evidence-based OT services for children aged 2–8, collaborating with BCBAs, SLPs, and other professionals. The team provides mentorship, ongoing training, and caregiver education.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctorate in an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current Georgia OT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Current NBCOT certification.
• Experience working with children ages 2–8 in pediatric settings.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Collaborative, professional and compassionate approach.
• Ability to manage a varied pediatric caseload and work within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and interventions.
• Conduct comprehensive pediatric evaluations, including functional and daily living skills.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and family input.
• Provide engaging, play-based therapy to support development and independence.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation including evaluations and progress reports.
• Collaborate with families to support progress and generalization of skills.
• Coordinate care with BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, PTs and other professionals.
