Job summary

Atlanta Autism Center in Georgia is seeking a Part Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. This role offers a $75/hour billable rate in a 100% center-based setting, with a flexible AM/PM schedule and no evenings or weekends.

You will collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, and other pediatric professionals to deliver evidence-based, play-based therapy to children ages 2–8, while documenting progress and educating families on home programs.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current Georgia OT license or eligibility for licensure.
  • NBCOT certification.
  • Experience working with children ages 2–8 in a pediatric setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Collaborative, professional, and compassionate approach.
  • Ability to manage a varied pediatric caseload and work effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and interventions.
  • Conduct pediatric evaluations, including functional and daily living skills.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and family input.
  • Provide play-based therapy to support children's development and independence.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation (evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports).
  • Collaborate with families and caregivers to support progress and generalization of skills.
  • Work with BCBAs, RBTs, SLPs, PTs, and other professionals to coordinate care.
  • Educate families on strategies and home programs to support progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
  • Use data and clinical judgment to monitor progress and guide treatment decisions.
