Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (Required).
• Ohio OT license required to practice (Required).

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations and develops an effective treatment plan for rehabilitation needs.
• Educates patient/family/caregiver on health information, treatment and prevention.
• Initiates and participates in discharge planning.
• Performs department duties such as documentation, billing and operations support.
• Complies with policies and safeguards; handles PHI per UH guidelines.
