Job summary

Relient Health in North Canton, OH is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist for a full-time outpatient position. You will evaluate and treat children, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with families and school teams to support independence at home and in the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited OT program.
• NBCOT certification completed or in process.
• Current Ohio OT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong communication and collaboration with families and teams.
• Interest in pediatric care; experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat children with physical, developmental, educational, or psychosocial needs.
• Develop individualized plans of care based on each child's abilities and goals.
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions.
• Educate and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and family members.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, educators, and the pediatric care team.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervise COTAs, students, or volunteers when appropriate per Ohio regulations.
