Job summary

Lexington Medical Center is seeking an Occupational Therapist for outpatient rehabilitation. This part-time position (4 hours per week) requires a Bachelor's in OT, current state licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide specialized therapy across homes, clinics, and community settings. You will perform assessments, develop intervention plans, and document progress while educating families and coordinating with team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• Current licensure to practice OT in the state.
• CPR certification with renewal every two years.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized tests such as manual muscle testing and goniometry.
• Conduct evaluations with multidisciplinary team members.
• Document diagnostic findings and plan interventions.
• Deliver OT treatment including neuro-developmental and sensory motor therapies.
• Document goals, progress, and participate in IFSP as needed.
• Attend staff meetings and ongoing workshops; assist across homes, clinics, or preschools.
