Job summary

42North Dental is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our Wellesley, MA team. This role offers $1,000–$1,200 per diem with uncapped earning potential through a percentage of collections, and the ability to provide integrated orthodontics and periodontics within a multi-specialty practice.

The ideal candidate has a DMD or DDS, board eligibility or certification in pediatric dentistry, a current MA license, Hepatitis B vaccination, malpractice insurance, and a current BLS/CPR

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention
• Diagnose oral diseases
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health
• Review treatment plan options with patients
• Review and update patients' medical and dental records
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws
• Provide proper restorative and preventive dental care
• Maintain high quality standard of care
• Maintain high standards of ethics and professionalism
• Keep abreast of new developments and best practices through ongoing education
