Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist for our Wellesley, MA practice. The role offers per diem compensation with uncapped earning potential based on collections, in a multi-specialty setting with integrated orthodontics.

Responsibilities include promoting oral health, diagnosing diseases, educating patients, and creating treatment plans while maintaining high standards of care. A state license, BLS/CPR, and ADA CODA‑accredited degree are required.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Board eligibility or board certification in pediatric dentistry.
• Current license to practice dentistry (MA).
• Hepatitis B vaccination documentation.
• Malpractice insurance proof.
• BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain high standards of care and ethics in the office.
• Stay updated on new developments through continuing education.
