Qualifikationen

• Required degree in dentistry from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active pediatric dentistry licensure or Board eligibility.
• Current state license to practice dentistry is required.
• Immunization with Hepatitis B and malpractice insurance documentation.
• BLS/CPR certification or equivalent current certification.
