42 North Dental in Wellesley, MA is seeking a part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our multi-specialty practice just outside Boston. You’ll provide comprehensive pediatric dental care, educate families, and develop treatment plans while upholding the highest standards of care.

This role offers a per diem pay of $1,000–$1,200 with uncapped earning potential based on collections, and a supportive team with a modern facility.

Qualifications

• Board eligible or board certified in pediatric dentistry.
• Current state license to practice dentistry.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create and review treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Review, maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests; monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Maintain the highest quality standard of care and ethics in the dental office.
• Keep abreast of new developments and continue professional development.
