Job summary

Riley Children's Hospital Cardiology team is seeking a part-time Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer to join our echo lab. In this role, you will perform specialized diagnostic echocardiograms for pediatric patients while working alongside an expert team. Candidates should possess knowledge of complex congenital heart disease and surgical repairs.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Must be eligible to sit for registry and pass within one year.
• Experience in pediatric echocardiography preferred but training available for strong general sonography skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs, administers & monitors Cardio-Diagnostic tests with emphasis on cardiac sonography and doppler for pediatric patients.
• Provides physician with preliminary findings and records data.
• Operates equipment and positions patients to obtain diagnostic images; treats patients with care and respect.
