Job summary

Heartland ABA seeks enthusiastic part-time RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans and document progress with supervision from the clinical team.

Ideal candidates bring an RBT certification, patience, compassion, and a passion for helping children with Autism. Paid training is provided and candidates can improve through BCBA sponsorships and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and improve skills in ABA.
• Ability to work with children with autism in home or community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community locations.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
