Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a part-time Branch Customer Service Associate to support customers with everyday banking needs. You will handle routine transactions, assist with deposits and withdrawals, and uphold customer service standards during peak hours in the branch.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of business-related experience including customer service and basic math. You should be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• More than one year of business-related experience to include customer service and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service in line with U.S. Bank expectations.
• Work a schedule of less than 20 hours per week during peak branch times, handling routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, advances, payments, etc.).
• Follow established policies and procedures while processing transactions to mitigate risk.
