Job summary

ECM Holding Group, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a part-time Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processing, records, and compliance reporting. Working hours are Tuesday through Thursday, totaling 20-24 hours weekly with potential additional hours.

You will handle weekly field and biweekly office payroll, earnings, deductions, benefits, and adjustments, while ensuring accurate records and adherence to Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage rules.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience preferred.
• Experience with ADP is preferred.
• Experience with multi-state payroll is preferred.
• Attention to detail, organization, and good time management skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly field payroll and biweekly office payroll accurately and on time.
• Calculate employee earnings, deductions, benefits, bonuses, and other payroll adjustments.
• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
• Process weekly employee benefit changes and payroll deductions.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage requirements.
• Prepare and submit Certified Payroll reports as required.
• Verify accurate payment of per diem and travel time.
• Prepare and file quarterly and annual withholding tax returns in multiple jurisdictions.
• Prepare and file quarterly and annual unemployment tax returns in multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist with payroll and benefit audits and compliance reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to manage payroll processing, employee payroll records, and compliance reporting. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring accurate and timely payroll for all employees. Working hours are Tuesday through Thursday, 20-24 hours per week, with additional hours as needed.

• Maintain accurate and confidential payroll records.
