Job summary

FirstCash Pawn is hiring part-time Retail Sales Associates to join our pawn store locations nationwide, including Texas. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and work with jewelry, general merchandise and firearms (in FFL locations).

Earn hourly wage plus commission: 2–8% on personal gross profit, with some sites offering benefits through FirstCash programs. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work a flexible schedule, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to provide and recommend financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures and maintain the sales floor.
• Conduct sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handle all cash and negotiable items per policies.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution.
• Operate POS systems and assist coworkers to create a positive customer experience.
