Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a part-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate to join our pawn stores nationwide.

You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and work with a variety of merchandise, including jewelry, electronics, and firearms where allowed by location. You earn hourly wages plus a commission on personal performance (2–8%), with opportunities to increase earnings through productivity.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform duties for extended periods.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and develop rapport to offer financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures as required.
• Keep sales floor clean and merchandise displayed to standard.
