Job summary

FirstCash Pawn is seeking entry-level Part-Time Retail Sales Associates to join our pawn stores nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loan transactions, and contribute to a positive customer experience while working with a wide variety of merchandise including jewelry and tools.

Position offers an hourly wage ranging from $11.50 to $14.00, with an achievable commission structure paying up to 8% on transactions and potential extra hourly earnings.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to recommend financial solutions.
• Process sales and loan transactions; handle cash and negotiables according to policy.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and engaging merchandise displays.
