Job summary

The Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra is seeking a Part-Time Patron Service Representative (PSR) to be a friendly, professional first point of contact for patrons attending concerts and events. You will demonstrate our guest service model with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting and a love of classical music.

Responsibilities include answering questions, processing tickets, suggesting add-ons, and collaborating with the box office team.

Qualifications

• Box office/sales experience is required.
• Excellent computer skills are essential.
• Clear, professional communication is expected.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Familiarity with classical music is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Flexible scheduling and ample availability are required.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify and promote the CSO guest service model.
• Engage patrons in person, over the phone, and at concerts with superior service.
• Learn and manage information about concerts, events and promotions to assist patrons.
• Communicate issues promptly while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Support ticket sales and donations by suggesting add-ons with purchases.
• Collaborate with box office leadership on skill development.
• Assist other departments with projects as needed.
• Support CSO’s vision to be the most relevant orchestra in America.
