In this role, you will provide frontline customer service to the diverse and growing residents of Jefferson County and beyond. You’ll help patrons find the information and resources they need, whether that’s discovering their next great read, downloading e-books, accessing library services, or finding job search resources. You will also work closely with your teammates to create a welcoming, inclusive, and high‑quality experience for everyone who visits the library.

Division: Library, Division Management Level: Individual Contributor, Scheduled Weekly Hours: 20, Benefit Eligibility: This position is eligible for Standard Benefits which includes dental, medical, and vision insurance, paid time off and holidays, retirement matching, wellness programs, and tuition reimbursement.
Hiring Range: $23.39 - $29.24 per hour.
This part‑time position (20 hours/week) is fully eligible for benefits.
This union position is represented by AFSCME. Employees hired in this role are part of the bargaining unit and are eligible for union membership under the collective bargaining agreement.
Position must comply with laws governing patron privacy and confidentiality under CRS24‑90‑119, and the Code of Ethics of the American Library Association, as well as ADA governing public access to space and technology.
