Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required by Allied Universal policy.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation conducted as part of employment.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel per site procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and manage visitor entry.
• Respond to incidents and alarms with professional, calm problem‑solving.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas and perimeter.
• Prepare clear incident reports while maintaining confidentiality in healthcare environments.
