Pay rate is $19.26 per hour, with opportunities to earn more via additional shifts. The position supports part-time scheduling with potential to grow toward full-time, while maintaining reliable hours and site-based responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include a valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Subject to background investigation per laws.
• Company may consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients, and staff per site procedures.
• Perform regular patrols of interior and exterior areas, including entrances and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor activity; maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with calm, problem-solving approach.
• Prepare clear reports of patrol observations and incidents for leadership and site staff.
