Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer (Patrol Driver) in Irvine, CA. You will provide security and customer service, patrol designated areas, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents. A valid driver’s license is required to operate patrol vehicles and respond to events.

The role is part-time with a schedule that includes daytime shifts on weekends and weekdays. No relocation offered; training and company benefits are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, shoppers, and employees by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and coordinate with responders as needed.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to deter security incidents in retail and mall areas.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Complete accurate incident reports and maintain professional communications with management.
