Qualifications

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Associate Degree in Medical Staff Services Management.
• 1-3 years related on the job experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patient and register for treatment; verify insurance benefits and explain financial requirements.
• Collect patient information and verify data in the system.
• Coordinate patient flow with enrollment and provide documentation.
• Collect co-pay and reconcile daily cash, advising on account balances.
• Schedule appointments and manage billing information.
• Assist team to maintain clinic flow and monitor patient wait time.
