Select Medical in Orland Park, IL is seeking a part-time Patient Service Specialist to welcome patients, register them, and coordinate scheduling and payments at the front desk of our outpatient PT center.

You will handle appointment coordination, communicate with insurers and attorneys as needed, and assist with co-pays and verifications to ensure smooth care experiences for patients and staff.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 Year Front Desk experience required.
• Insurance Verification Experience required.
• 1 Year of Medical Office Experience preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit.
• Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
• Maintain regular communication with attorneys, insurance companies, translation services, and leadership teams.
• Collect co-pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
