Job summary

UC Health is hiring a Part-Time Patient Monitor (PM) for the Nursing Sitter Services unit at West Chester Hospital for the Day Shift. The PM ensures patient safety through continuous visual observation and timely intervention under supervision of the primary caregiver.

Responsibilities include performing designated tasks and collaborating with clinical staff to support patient care while maintaining a calm, safe environment for patients and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• State Tested Nurse Aid Certification preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and annual training modules for patient monitors.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous visual observation to ensure patient safety.
• Intervene as needed under supervision of primary caregiver.
• Support Nursing Sitter Services with patient monitoring tasks.
