Qualifications

• Successful completion of Patient Sitter Training.
• Annual completion of competency requirements.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals of varied ages and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Observe patients at all times to ensure safety.
• Maintain a safe environment and report changes in patient condition.
• Provide compassionate support under nursing supervision.
