UC Health (Cincinnati) is seeking a Patient Monitor to ensure patient safety through continuous visual observation and timely intervention. The role requires vigilance, clear communication with the care team, and adherence to safety policies while supporting nursing staff.

The position involves direct patient contact, assisting with daily activities, and documenting observations. Successful candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, preferably a STNA, with BLS and ongoing safety training

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: State Tested Nurse Aid Certification.
• BLS and annual safety training required.
• Empathy and clear communication with patients and families.

Responsabilidades

• Feed patient and report intake.
• Assist with/perform basic hygiene for patient.
• Assist with toileting.
• Assist with patient repositioning.
• Provide for the bedpan or urinal and report output.
• Ambulate patient.
• Change linens and tidy the room.
