Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in clinical settings preferred.
• First Aid and CPR Certification currently held or obtainable.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.
• Availability to work holidays and weekends as scheduling requires.
• Good physical health and pass a physical examination.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and report changes in condition to management.
• Supervise self-administration of medications under supervision as directed.
• Provide daily dietary support and assist with meal planning and service.
• Maintain cleanliness of facility, rooms, and common areas as required.
• Record and communicate information accurately between shifts.
• Represent the organization with residents, families, and visitors with confidentiality.
• Attend required training and adhere to safety and infection control policies.
• Remain available and responsive to residents during the shift.
