Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living and patient mobility.
• Take vital signs and monitor patient conditions.
• Maintain clean, organized patient rooms.
• Assist with clerical tasks and data entry related to patient records.
• Perform 12-lead ECG and routine venipuncture under training.
• Adhere to unit safety and PHI protections as required.
